We obtain objective data which includes injury and health screening (joint range of motion / strength testing/ blood pressure / heart rate) giving us a clear understanding of your situation and the right exercise programming for you.
Health screening is an integral part of assessing someones readiness to exercise and we make sure we cover all bases and communicate with your other health practitioners.
By the end of the appointment we will be offering our advice on the right exercise programming for you and where best for you to start. We want you to be in control, think if us as your guide.
